The curriculum design of basic skills in endosurgery was carried out jointly with the Russian society of surgeons (ROCH), the Russian society of surgeons (of REACH), the Russian society simulational learning in medicine (RESUMED). The syllabus was discussed at the Congress of the German society of surgeons DGCH, European society of simulation education in medicine (SESAM). The program was tested in Sechenovskiy University (Moscow, Russia) and cafetiere experimental surgery, University of Jena (Germany). As a result of this work the project was completed with the creation of course BESTA: Basic surgical training and certification.
